Lugger | Bankler Attorneys at Law is patron of this year's "Seal the Deal – ELSA M&A Contract Competition (MACC)"

We are proud to inform that Lugger | Bankler takes over the patronage for  this year‘s ELSA (European Law Students‘ Association Austria) Moot Court Competition "Seal the Deal – ELSA M&A Contract Competition (MACC)“ (http://elsa-austria.org/mootcourts/).

The preliminary rounds of the MACC preceding the Austrian federal finals will take place at all law faculties in Austria and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Lugger | Bankler will prepare the final facts of the case negotiated in the federal finals. Based on the respective case, it is now up to the seller team to draft a so-called "Share Purchase Agreement" (SPA). The buyer team will then precisely review the SPA and comment or amend, if necessary. After the successful completion of the written part, the oral rounds of negotiations will start.

The national final round will be held at the law firm of Lugger | Bankler in Vienna or at the University of Vienna. Finally, the jury will choose the national winning team and the "Best Speaker“.
